The qualification is delivered over 52 weeks, including 40 weeks of training and assessment spread over 4 terms of 10 weeks each and 12 weeks of holidays.
Students must be at least 18 years of age and have completed Year 12 or equivalent, have an IELTS score of 5.5 (or equivalent in PTE or TOEFL), and either have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
The program is delivered at two campuses: Sydney Campus at 95 Bathurst Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, and Adelaide Campus at 97 Pirie St, Adelaide, SA 5000. The program is delivered in the classroom and through structured self-study.
Assessment will occur through a variety of methods, including projects incorporating role-plays, case studies and short answer questions. Assessment conditions will ensure a simulated workplace environment, with tasks reflecting real life work tasks, performed within industry standard timeframes, and using authentic workplace documentation.
Yes, students may apply for recognition of existing qualifications or skills, knowledge and experience (credit transfer or recognition of prior learning).
