International students applying either off-shore or on-shore require a minimum IELTS (General/Academic) test score of 5.5, or a minimum PTE (Academic) test score of 42, or a minimum Cambridge English test score of 162, for direct entry into a VET course at Diploma level or higher. Students on-shore in Australia may also undertake an internal Frontier Education Language (written & oral), Literacy and Numeracy test before commencement.
A student must repay the loan through the tax system when the individual's income is above the minimum repayment threshold. Repayment thresholds are adjusted each year to reflect changes in average weekly earnings. A VET Student Loan is a personal debt obligation that can affect a student's credit rating and has wage and tax repayment implications.
A student may withdraw from a VET course of study or unit/s of study by completing the Withdrawal Form, or by providing an email or letter of intention to withdraw. Students should refer to the VET Student Loans – Withdrawal and Deferral Policy and Procedure for the process and information required if they wish to withdraw.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
