Advanced Diploma of Business

The BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business is designed for students seeking a deep understanding of the business world and stronger career prospects in senior business roles. Across its elective units, students build advanced skills in critical thinking for complex problem-solving, program leadership and governance, business plan development, corporate social responsibility, digital strategy review, workplace safety, organisational finance management, and leading organisational change and knowledge management. The course blends strategic planning, leadership and financial management content, giving students practical and theoretical insight aligned with real-world business scenarios across senior roles. To enrol, students must be 18 years or older, have completed Year 12 in Australia (or an equivalent qualification for international students), and meet the English proficiency requirements for international students; relevant business work experience is preferred but not required. The course is delivered at The Centre of Excellence's Melbourne, Geelong and Adelaide campuses over 48 study weeks plus 6 weeks of holidays (54 weeks total), with new intakes accepted every month, and is available both online and on-campus. Graduates are prepared for senior roles such as business manager, project manager, marketing manager and operations manager, or to launch their own business venture.
