The total fees for the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design include a Tuition Fee of $24,000, a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $300, and Material Fees of $1,500 for required consumable products and issued textbooks. Students can pay on a monthly basis with up to 9 instalments. Note: the enrolment form lists the tuition fee as $21,500, so prospective students should confirm the current fee directly with the college.
The Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design can be completed in a maximum of 104 study weeks.
International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. All students will also be required to sit an Internal English Test to validate their current levels. Applicants identified with lower than 5.5 English proficiency will be required to enrol in a specialist English Language provider to upgrade their English prior to entry into the vocational course.
After achieving the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design, candidates may undertake further related studies in VET at a Graduate Certificate level or the Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership. Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) options are also available.
The course structure requires a total of 12 units, comprising 5 core units and 7 elective units. Core units include subjects such as Manage program risk, Manage team effectiveness, Apply safe design principles to control WHS risks, Manage civil works design processes, and Establish and maintain a quality system.
