The qualification is delivered over 104 weeks in total, comprising 80 weeks of study and 24 weeks of term break.
Students are required to have an IELTS score of 6 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). Alternatively, English language competence can be demonstrated through documented evidence such as being educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, completing an English Placement Test, or completing a foundation course or Certificate IV or higher in Australia within the past two years. Other tests such as PTE and TOEFL are also accepted if confirmed equivalent to IELTS 6.
Graduates are suited for senior technical roles in the civil construction industry, including positions such as Civil Engineering Designer, Construction Project Coordinator, Infrastructure Design Technician, and Civil Drafting Specialist, particularly in major infrastructure projects.
This program is delivered face to face in the classroom.
There are no specific entry requirements for this course; however, AIMERS College requires students to be at least 18 years of age, meet the English language requirements (e.g. IELTS 6), complete a Pre-Training Review, and undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test to ensure they can meet the required ACSF level for the qualification.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
