The total course cost is $20,700, which includes a tuition fee of $20,000, a non-refundable application fee of $500, and $200 for resources (textbooks). Additionally, Overseas Student Health Cover costs approximately $550 per annum for individuals or approximately $5,000 per annum for families.
The program is delivered over a period of 92 weeks at 20 hours per week, comprising 74 teaching weeks and 18 weeks of holidays.
Yes, students may be able to shorten the length of their course by measuring skills acquired through professional work experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. All claims for RPL and Credit Transfer should be made upon enrolment and must be received by the Administration within two (2) weeks of the commencement of the course.
On successful completion, students are awarded the RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design, which is a nationally recognised qualification. Graduates may then apply for a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Students who do not complete all units and/or work placement may be eligible for a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of the RII60520.
To be eligible for this course, applicants must be 18 years of age or over, have completed Year 12 (HSC or equivalent), hold a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, and provide an internationally recognised exam result in line with Department of Home Affairs regulations.
