Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management

The CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management prepares you for roles as middle managers or managers across a range of community sector organisations, including community-based organisations, early childhood education services, not-for-profit organisations, and community centres.

After completing this qualification, you will be equipped to handle responsibilities such as planning and monitoring service delivery, recruitment and performance management of paid or unpaid workers, managing risk, and contributing to continuous improvement within your specific role.

No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Graduates work independently and report to executive management, directors or boards of management within their community sector organisations.
