Advanced Diploma of Engineering

As an engineering student you will develop your knowledge and skills by solving and analysing real-world problems, using real-world methods and techniques. The course has been designed by our teachers who have a long and extensive history working in the engineering industry and in the teaching profession. At AIAS, our courses are designed to challenge and engage our students.

In this course you will learn a balance of practical skills and the supporting theoretical frameworks. You will gain valuable experience working in teams, managing a variety of projects, drafting using CAD software, analysing structures and processes, and applying theoretical knowledge to real-world problems. Our aim is to provide you with a useful and in-demand skillset, and the experience and confidence you need to manage the roles and responsibilities of an engineer.

Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Engineering are equipped with the skills to work in technical positions within engineering companies as part of teams, using a variety of software (Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit, Vertex and more), applying theoretical knowledge, and working according to industry standards; the course also caters for a smooth transition into further studies.
