The course fees are AUD $28,000, with an additional enrolment fee of AUD $500 and material fees of AUD $1,500.
The course is delivered in a blended mode, combining classroom and online delivery, with 15 scheduled hours of face-to-face classes and 5 hours of online learning per week during term time, using the Online Learning Management System as a portal.
International students must demonstrate an Academic IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band, or upper intermediate level, or an EAP from an approved ELICOS/ESL centre or equivalent. Alternatively, any AQF qualification at Certificate III level or above delivered and assessed in English will be deemed to meet both academic and English language entry requirements.
Yes, students may be eligible to obtain credits for individual units based on experience gained in the relevant field or from previous training and education through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT). A fee is payable for assessing your RPL status, and further information can be obtained from the Student Support Officer.
Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management may pursue roles such as Banquet or function manager, Bar manager, Café manager, Chef de cuisine, Chef patissier, Club manager, Executive housekeeper, Front office manager, Gaming manager, Kitchen manager, Motel manager, and Restaurant manager.
