Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management

The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management requires the completion of 33 units of competency, including 14 core units and 19 elective units.

International students must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have an English proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level is also assessed during the Orientation Session or after students agree to commence their course(s).

There are several package pathway options available: the Kitchen Management Pathway (starting with Certificate IV in Kitchen Management SIT40521), the Patisserie Pathway (starting with Certificate IV in Patisserie SIT40721), the Hospitality Pathway (starting with Certificate IV in Hospitality SIT40422), and Other Pathways — all progressing through the Diploma of Hospitality Management before the Advanced Diploma.

The total fees for the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management vary depending on the pathway. For the Kitchen Management pathway (Advanced Diploma only), total fees are $35,060; for the Patisserie pathway, total fees are $35,450; and for the Hospitality pathway, total fees are $23,790. Tuition fees, material fees, and processing/enrolment fees are included in these totals.

The course is delivered at the Sydney Campus located at Level 7, 8 Quay Street, Haymarket, NSW 2000, Australia, or through Employment Based training (conditions apply), using blended delivery methods including face-to-face learning, live virtual classrooms, eLearning, and/or work placement.
