English language competence can also be demonstrated through: successful completion of a foundation course in Australia, successful completion of at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course in an Australian RTO, education for 5 years in an English-speaking country, or successful completion of an LLN test. Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can also be accepted if they are confirmed to be equivalent to IELTS 5.5.
Thirty-three (33) units are required for the award of SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, comprising fourteen (14) core units and nineteen (19) elective units. Assessment occurs through a variety of methods including projects incorporating role-plays, case studies and short answer questions, and is conducted in a simulated workplace environment. Assessment tasks reflect real life work tasks, use authentic workplace documentation, and require students to work with others as part of a team.
Graduates may seek employment as an area manager or operations manager, café owner or manager, club secretary or manager, executive chef, executive housekeeper, executive sous chef, food and beverage manager, head chef, motel owner or manager, or rooms division manager. Students may also continue their education into a range of Graduate Diploma qualifications or into higher education qualifications in hospitality management.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
