Queensford College provides a variety of support services including Academic Support (assistance with course content, assessments, and study skills), Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital Skills (LLND) Support offered based on needs identified during or before enrolment, Financial Support available to eligible students subject to assessment, and Personal and Wellbeing Support to help with non-academic challenges that may affect learning.

Support services will be made available to all students enrolled at Queensford College. All students are made aware of support services during orientation and via pre-enrolment information, including the documents and information published on the Queensford College website.

Queensford College operates from three campuses: Brisbane (Level 2, 359 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000), Adelaide (Level 2, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA 5000), and Parramatta (Level 4, 16–18 Wentworth Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150).
