About This Course

Our Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management provides a deeper dive into the knowledge and skills previously learned at the Diploma level. Explore the secrets of how some restaurants, hotels, and resorts rise to the top. Unlock the standards of excellence needed to be the best, and stand out from the rest. This AQF Level 6 course revisits topics introduced at AQF Level 5 and goes deeper into their practical application (significant opportunity exists to receive credit transfer for prior learning, for a possible fast track to completion). Entirely new material is introduced to walk you through the end-to-end process of managing a café, restaurant, hotel, or any business with guests and patrons; from managing a franchise, budgeting, stock control, and utilisation of physical assets, through to how to gain, train and maintain the right team and leverage technology for compliance and profit.
