The course has a total duration of 78 weeks, comprising 54 weeks of classroom-based training and assessment, and 24 weeks of school break. Students study 20 hours of face-to-face study per week and complete all 33 units of competency within this timeframe.
Applicants are required to provide an IELTS certificate showing a score of 6 or above (or equivalent), and must also undertake and successfully complete Signature Training College's Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment.
After completing the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, education pathways may include the BSB50120 Diploma of Business or a Bachelor of Hospitality Management.
Intake terms are available in January, April, July, and October. Students can enrol anytime. Assessment methods include role play/observation in class, group activities, written examinations in class under trainer supervision, case studies/scenarios, research assignments, and workplace assessments.
