The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT60322) has a duration of 104 weeks, delivered at the Melbourne Campus located at Level 11, 190 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, with a kitchen facility at 55 Yarra Boulevard, Richmond VIC 3121.
Applicants must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent. All applicants must also meet course-relevant Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) capabilities prior to commencement, which NTCA will assess through an LLND assessment where valid credentials cannot be provided.
To achieve the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, a total of 33 units must be completed, comprising 14 core units and 19 elective units.

Credit transfer is available for students with previously completed equivalent qualifications, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for candidates who have previously attained skills and knowledge from outside the formal education and training system, including work and life experience. Students may apply for RPL or Credit transfers for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency.
