To enrol in this qualification, students must be 18 years of age or above, have successfully completed the SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management, and meet the English language requirements as per the Department of Home Affairs (e.g., IELTS 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5, or equivalent in PTE, Cambridge C1, or OET).
The fees for the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Pathway Entry: 26 Weeks) are: Enrolment Fee AUD 250 (applicable only for new students), Resource Fee AUD 500, and Tuition Fee AUD 6,000.
The course is delivered in a blended format consisting of 2 days of face-to-face classes per week, plus 5 hours of e-learning and a self-study component. Training and assessment methods include face-to-face discussions, practical activities in the ATCWA training kitchen, simulated workplace-based tasks, industry-based learning, written assessments, structured e-learning, and industry excursions and incursions.
For 2025, intakes are on 06 January 2025, 07 April 2025, 07 July 2025, and 06 October 2025. For 2026, intakes are on 5 January, 6 April, 6 July, and 5 October 2026.
