International students must have a minimum English language proficiency of IELTS 6.0 (or 5.5 with at least 10 weeks ELICOS, or 5.0 with at least 20 weeks ELICOS). Equivalent scores are accepted from PTE Academic (minimum 50), Cambridge English Advanced/CAE (minimum 169), OET (minimum B in each component), or TOEFL iBT (minimum 64). Citizens holding passports from Canada, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, or the United States of America are exempt from English language test requirements.

Classes are scheduled for 20 hours of face-to-face delivery per week (8 hours per day for 2 days and 4 hours on one day). In addition, students are expected to undertake 6 hours of unsupervised independent study and assessment per week, with an additional 4 hours of optional supervised study sessions available.
The Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security) provides skills and knowledge for graduates to integrate into cyber security teams and organisations. They may apply their skills in roles such as cyber operations analyst, administrator, and technical officer. Graduates may also pursue management and leadership careers in ICT, working independently or leading a team or the strategic ICT direction of a business.
Students must successfully complete a total of 16 units of competency — 6 core units and 10 elective units — to be awarded the ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security) qualification and a record of results. Students who successfully complete some but not all of the units of competency will be issued a Statement of Attainment detailing the units they have successfully completed.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
