Beside general entry requirements, CCMT requires a student to hold ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent qualifications to enter into ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology.
The total course fee is AUD $12,750, which includes an Application Processing Fee of $250 (non-refundable, to be paid on application), Tuition Fees of AUD $12,000, and Materials Fees of AUD $500. Study materials are provided by Canberra College of Management and Technology and are included in the total course fees.
The qualification is delivered over 52 weeks, including 40 weeks of training and assessment and 12 weeks of holiday. It is delivered 14 hours face to face per week on campus and 6 hours online, totalling 20 hours per week. The course is available at both the Canberra and Sydney campuses.
The ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology requires the completion of 6 core units and 10 elective units. Electives for this qualification have been chosen by Canberra College of Management and Technology to ensure that students achieve a broad range of skills and knowledge in IT.
Students who complete this course may be able to seek employment in a range of roles such as Knowledge Manager, eLearning Manager, Enterprise Application Consultant, Enterprise Architecture Manager, and Software Manager. Students may also pursue higher education qualifications in similar fields.
