The course duration is 104 weeks (80 Academic weeks + 24 Weeks Holidays). Fees are: Tuition Fees AUD 28,000, Enrollment Fee AUD 250, Material Fee AUD 1,000, Total Course Cost AUD 29,000.
International students must have an IELTS score of 6.0 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following: Educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country; or completed at least 6 months of a Certificate IV level course in an Australian RTO; or Successful completion of an English Placement Test. Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted.
The course is delivered at: Level 2, 17-21 Macquarie St Parramatta NSW 2150; Level 1, 303 Pitt St, Sydney 2000, NSW; 25 Cavenagh St, Darwin City NT 0800; Level 8, 50 Grenfell St, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000.
Students who have completed relevant studies or have some of the competencies in the course may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Application for RPL can be made with the initial application or can be made within two weeks of the course commencement. Additionally, if a certificate with statement of results or a statement of attainment is produced and verified, a credit transfer process will be initiated. SCCM Students who have completed ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking) will have credit transfer for at least 7 units (accounts for 600 hours/ 3 terms).
Students need access to a personal computer with at minimum: Processor: Intel Core i5 (10th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5; Memory (RAM): 16 GB or more; Storage: 512 GB SSD or larger; Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS 12 or newer; Screen: At least 14 inches with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution; Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed; Webcam and microphone. SCCM will provide access to computers/laptops on campus. Software provided includes CISCO Packet Tracer, VMware Workstation, Oracle Wireshark, and Office 365.
