Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

To enrol, you must be over 18 years of age and have either completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise. International students must also meet the English language requirement of IELTS 6.0 or PTE 52 or equivalent.

The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is delivered full time over 78 weeks, which includes scheduled breaks. The tuition fee is $12,870. For information on non-tuition fees, please refer to the Lawson College website.

The course is delivered via classroom-based learning at two locations in Dandenong, Victoria: Level 2, 228–234 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong VIC 3175, and 53–59 Walker Street, Dandenong VIC 3175. International students must attend classes for 20 hours per week and are also expected to complete a certain amount of independent study each week.

Assessment methods may include written questions, case studies, role plays, projects, and presentations.

Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management will be able to develop and expand their existing educational or vocational skills and enhance their knowledge about workforce planning, team management, risk management, project management, and professional development. This qualification is suitable for professional roles such as Executive Manager, Director, Regional Manager, Team Leader, Head of Human Resources, and Senior Manager.
