You must meet the English language requirement by qualifying in any one of the accepted tests: IELTS minimum 6.0, TOEFL iBT minimum 64 (only accepted if taken on or before 25 July 2023), Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) minimum 169, or PTE Academic minimum 50. Lower scores may be accepted with completion of 10 or 20 weeks of ELICOS/Foundation study.
Yes. ICM can grant Course Credit for units of competency you have already completed with another RTO or authorised issuing organisation, and there is no charge to apply. Additionally, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for skills and knowledge gained through work and life experience. You should ideally apply for RPL at the time of enrolment, but you may apply up to 2 weeks into your course. Note that granting credit or RPL will reduce your course duration as an international student.
Entry to this qualification requires either satisfactory completion of studies equivalent to an Australian Year 12, completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
Upon successful completion of the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, graduates can seek roles such as Manager, Supervisor, Client Services Manager, and Client Services Executive across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
