Entry to this qualification is limited to those who have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise. Additionally, students must be a minimum of 18 years of age, have satisfactorily completed Australian Year 12 or overseas equivalent school qualifications, and international students must demonstrate at least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency such as an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
The course duration is 104 weeks (2 years), which is made up of 80 contact weeks plus 24 weeks of holiday breaks.
The course is delivered at the Sydney campus (Level 2 & 6, 401 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000) and the Brisbane campus (Level 11 & 12, 333 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000).
After completing the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, graduates can pursue roles such as Area Manager or Regional Manager across a range of enterprise and industry sectors.
After achieving the qualification, students can progress into higher level qualifications at tertiary level.
