The course uses a range of assessment methods including written questions or reports to demonstrate understanding of theoretical concepts, practical activities or projects that simulate real-world tasks, case study analysis to apply critical thinking to complex scenarios, direct observation during practical sessions, and work placement where applicable.
You must have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) at Lead College or another institute with a similar elective, or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to be awarded the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Learners who partially complete the qualification will receive a statement of attainment for the units in which they are deemed competent.
Yes. Lead College recognises qualifications issued by other RTOs and will accept Credit Transfer for subjects or units you have completed where equivalence can be established. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for skills and knowledge gained through work and life experience and other unrecognised training. During the entry process and interview stage, Lead College will discuss the process and options for RPL with you.
Students who complete this course may wish to continue their education into the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) with Lead College, or seek a pathway to higher education qualifications.
