The course is delivered over a 78-week period of full-time study, including course delivery, assessment, public holidays and breaks.
The tuition fee for international students is $16,500 (subject to change without notice), with an admission fee of $250, resources of $1,200 (including laptop and course material), bringing the total course fee to $17,950 excluding Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
International students must achieve an IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or a PTE Academic English score of 47. Applicants whose English results fall below these scores will need to enrol in an English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) at their own expense.
Students are required to complete 20 units of competency consisting of six (6) core units and fourteen (14) elective units in order to attain the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology.
Yes, students may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) by providing evidence of required skills and knowledge through work/industry experience or completed eligible assessments. Appropriate credit transfer may also be granted against each unit of competency on evidence of successful completion of the same unit in an equivalent or higher nationally endorsed qualification, which may result in a shorter course duration.
