Queensford College provides a wide range of support services including Academic Support (assistance with course content, assessments, and study skills), Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital Skills (LLND) Support, Financial Support for eligible students, and Personal and Wellbeing Support. Students are informed of these services during orientation and through pre-enrolment materials.

Queensford College operates three campuses: Brisbane at Level 2, 359 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000; Adelaide at Level 2, 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000; and Parramatta at Level 4, 16–18 Wentworth Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.
