Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

Every student will need to demonstrate: having IELTS 6.0 English language equivalence if a non-native English speaker, being aged over 18, and having completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or having two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational leadership role in an enterprise.

The course runs for 78 weeks, including 21 weeks of scheduled breaks. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for specific dates of breaks.

The course is delivered in a blended format consisting of 15 hours of classroom-based study and 5 hours engaged with the educator through technology facilitated learning, such as interactions through breakout groups, Zoom meetings, online chats, and team meetings per week.

Graduates are well-suited for a wide range of senior-level roles including Senior Manager or Executive Director of Operations, Business Development Manager, Strategic Planning Manager, Change Management Consultant, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Human Resources Director, Operations Director, Project Management Director, Executive Consultant, and Entrepreneur or Business Owner.

On completion of the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may choose to study the BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business at WIN College or gain advanced standing in an undergraduate degree at Wentworth Institute of Higher Education.
