The tuition fee for this course is $14,450 AUD. There is also a non-refundable application fee of $250 AUD and a material fee of $300 AUD. Payment is made across six study periods, with the first deposit of $2,500 AUD tuition fees, $250 AUD application fee, and $300 AUD material fee payable prior to being issued a CoE.
The course is delivered face-to-face (with online delivery mode now available) for 20 hours per week over 78 weeks, including term breaks.
To enter this qualification, applicants must meet English language requirements (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent), have successfully completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role. Students must also be a minimum age of 18 years at the time of course commencement, and complete pre-training review and LLN assessments.
Participants who complete the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management can progress to the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), or advanced qualifications such as a Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Administration.
Students are assessed through a range of methods including case studies, projects, written questions, observation of demonstrated skills (e.g. role play), presentations, and reports.
