Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

The course cost is $16,500 for the full 52-week full-time program delivered at the City Campus – Level 11, 190 Queen Street, Melbourne.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age at commencement, have a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent, meet LLND capabilities, and have either successfully completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency or a further training need is identified. Students will be required to perform in a range of assessment tasks including Written Assignment, Demonstration, Role Play, Project, and Case Study.

Yes. Credit transfer is available for students with identified equivalent qualifications, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for candidates who have previously attained skills and knowledge from outside the formal education and training system, including work and life experience. Students may apply for RPL or Credit Transfers for any unit in which they can successfully demonstrate competency.

After achieving this qualification, individuals could progress to a Bachelor of Human Resources or Management course, or other Advanced Diploma courses within the business training package. Possible job titles include Executive Manager, Director, Manager, Human Resources (Strategy), and Senior Executive.
