Applicants must have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), be a minimum of 18 years of age at commencement, and demonstrate attainment of at least ACSF level 4 through Australian Year 12 or equivalent. English proficiency is also required, with an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent, or via exemptions such as completing at least 5 years of study in English in countries including Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland.

Yes. Ruby Institute offers both Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Credit Transfer can be granted for units of competency or modules already completed with another RTO or authorised issuing organisation. RPL is available for skills and knowledge gained through work and life experience or unrecognised training, and should ideally be applied for at the time of enrolment but may be applied up to 2 weeks into the course.
Graduates can apply for senior management and administrative roles across a range of industry areas, including positions such as Managing Director, Business Analyst, Senior Executive, Business Manager, Area Manager, and Senior Manager. Graduates may also choose to continue their education into higher education qualifications in business or management.
