Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

Entry to this qualification is limited to those who have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise. Additional student entry requirements include successful completion of a Diploma or higher qualification, completion of a Determining Suitability Assessment, being 18 years of age or above, and a minimum English level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (for international students) or a Lennox College Placement Test.

The tuition fees for this course are $20,000. Fees include Material and Application Fees, which consist of a $250 Application fee and a $1,750 Materials Fee, both of which are non-refundable.

The course is delivered through classroom based training sessions to develop knowledge and theoretical understandings. Assessment involves the gathering of evidence to demonstrate the student's competence, and students are assessed using written questions, observation, and project.

At the successful completion of the course, students will be awarded with a 'Testamur' and a 'Record of Results' which provides detailed Units of Competency completed in the course. At the partial completion of the course, students will be awarded with a 'Statement of Attainment' which will detail only the Units of Competency that the student has achieved competency from the course.

Further training pathways from this qualification may lead to relevant higher education based qualifications. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include Senior Administrator and Senior Executive. Candidates may enter this qualification through pathways such as BSB50120 Diploma of Business or BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
