Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent, have an English level of at least IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, pass the college's LLN test and digital literacy assessment, and have either completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package or have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role.
Yes, AIDT recognises AQF and VET qualifications, as well as Statements of Attainment issued by other RTOs, and students may apply for course credit which may reduce the course duration. Additionally, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) acknowledges a student's previous formal or informal learning, work, and life experience relevant to the course outcomes.
After completing the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, individuals may undertake studies at a higher level of education, such as the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) also offered by AIDT.
