Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

To enter this qualification, you must have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise. International students must be 18 years or above, have completed Year 12, and hold an Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band. Domestic students must be aged 18 or older by the course commencement date and have successfully completed Year 10 with basic English skills.

This qualification is expected to be completed in 78 weeks, which includes 66 weeks of face-to-face training and assessment and 12 weeks of term breaks.

Yes. Platinum Education offers two recognition pathways: Credit Transfer, where a certificate with a statement of results or a statement of attainment is produced and verified and a credit transfer process will be initiated in relation to the units as per the training plan; and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), where students can pursue recognition by providing their trainer/enrolment officer relevant evidence requirements as detailed in the Platinum Education RPL kit for this qualification. If recognition applies, the student's overall duration will alter and a schedule of exemptions will be provided.

Further training pathways to this qualification include but are not limited to BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or any other higher educational qualifications.
