The total cost of the course is AUD $18,000 in course fees, plus a non-refundable enrolment fee of $250 (to be paid on application) and material fees of $600. Additional non-tuition fees may also apply and can be found in the International Student Handbook. Note that course fees do not include laptops or software.
Yes, you can apply for recognition of existing qualifications or skills, knowledge, and experience through credit transfer or recognition of prior learning. If you are granted course credit, this will affect your course fees as well as the duration of your course. You will be advised in writing of any changes to fees or course duration, and a new Confirmation of Enrolment will be issued.
You must bring your own laptop with Office 365 (or a similar program) to all classes. These costs are not included in your course fees. For PC users, the minimum requirements include an Intel® or AMD 64-bit processor at 2 GHz or faster, Windows 10 (Version 1709 or later), 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), and 3.1 GB hard-disk space. Office 365 costs approximately $129 annually, and a suitable laptop costs approximately $450.
The application process involves five steps: (1) Complete and submit your Application for Enrolment Form with supporting documents such as verified copies of previous qualifications, passport, and English test results. (2) Your application will be assessed and, if verified, an interview will be arranged (in person, by phone, or via Skype). (3) If successful, you will receive an Offer Letter and Student Agreement. (4) Review and sign the Offer Letter and Student Agreement and return it to receive an invoice. (5) Once your first payment is received, you will be issued an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) to apply for your visa with the Department of Home Affairs.
All units listed in the course structure are required to be awarded the full qualification. Students who only complete some units will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed.
