Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420) is delivered by JMDEDU PTY LTD, trading as Wyndham International College (RTO 46144, CRICOS 04222J), at its Tottenham and North Melbourne campuses in Victoria.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

Students use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, applying creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

The course is delivered face-to-face in the classroom over 78 weeks (62 weeks of study plus 16 weeks of holidays), with a full-time study load of 20 hours per week. Entry is open to graduates of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or those with at least two years of equivalent full-time workplace experience in an operational or leadership role.
