The course runs for 54 weeks of tuition plus 24 weeks of term breaks, totalling approximately 78 weeks in duration.
Candidates whose English is not their first language are required to prove their English language skills equivalent to an IELTS 6.0.
After achieving the BSB60520 – Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication, students may undertake a Graduate Diploma in Commerce or Marketing at Universities.
The program is delivered in a classroom-based environment with face-to-face delivery, combining practical projects, simulated workplace tasks, tutorials, and group activities. Assessments include demonstration, questioning/tests/examinations, role play, case studies, written reports and projects, and in-class presentations.
Applicants must have completed Australian Year 12 or an international equivalent, or have a minimum of 2 years industry experience in related fields. Additionally, students must have completed the BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication, or specific equivalent units (BSBMKG541, BSBMKG542, BSBMKG552, BSBMKG555, BSBPMG430), or have four years of equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
