To enter this course, applicants must have successfully completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, and hold a Diploma from the BSB training package (current or superseded equivalent versions) OR have relevant work experience in a related field. International applicants from non-English-speaking backgrounds must also demonstrate an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent.
The course runs for 4 Terms and is offered on a full-time basis only, requiring 20 hours per week of study using a blended mode of face-to-face and supervised study sessions (excluding self-study for assessment tasks).
The course is delivered at Kent Institute Australia's Sydney campus (Level 11, 10 Barrack Street, Sydney NSW 2000) and Melbourne campus (Level 10, 350 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000).
Assessments in the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management include Case Studies, Scenarios – Problem Solving, Practical Activities, Oral Presentation, Multiple Choice Quiz, Written Portfolio, Projects, and Practical Observations.
After completing the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, students can progress to the Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Accounting at Kent Institute Australia.
