Entry points to undertake the CPP60121 Advanced Diploma of Surveying are: CPP50116 Diploma of Surveying, or CPP50121 Diploma of Surveying, or demonstrated relevant vocational experience, skills and knowledge commensurate with the scope of work covered in the CPP50121 Diploma of Surveying. At a minimum, SRDITA requires numeracy skills and English reading, writing and spoken language skills at Australian year 10 or equivalent, or for international learners IELTS 5.5. Learners must also complete SRDITA's assessment of LLN Level 5 and Digital Skills.
SRDITA ensures student fee security by limiting domestic student payments to no more than $1,500 in advance. All international student prepaid tuition fees are safeguarded through the Australian Government's Tuition Protection Service (TPS). Fees can be paid via monthly instalments through a Pay-As-You-Go fee schedule.
As an advanced diploma holder, you can secure a job as a survey technician, surveyor, or senior surveyor, depending on your performance. Surveying skills are applied in various industry contexts, including town planning, civil construction, mining, engineering, agriculture and defence. The course also gives learners access to further education at the degree level, and employment in middle-level positions within the surveying sector will also be achievable.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
