Yes, the Australian Computer Society (ACS) has accredited this degree at the conditional professional level until the end of 2026.
The Advanced Computing majors available are: Computational Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
There are over 20 faculty and 100 shared pool majors to choose from across the combined Bachelor of Advanced Computing and Bachelor of Science degree.
The closing date for Semester 1 is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 is 15 July of the commencing year. Separate deadlines apply for scholarships.
You will complete core units covering the skills needed to work as a computing professional, a major from the Advanced Computing disciplinary pool, advanced computing elective units, Science degree core, a program or major from the Science disciplinary pool, and units from the Open Learning Environment and elective units in alignment with the requirements of the course.
