The Bachelor of Advanced Medical Science is designed for high-achieving students who want to extend themselves. It includes advanced work, extension activities and additional research training. Students are linked to experienced researchers and mentored throughout the program. Students must maintain a grade point average of 5 or above to remain in the program; those who do not maintain this average will be transferred to the Bachelor of Medical Science.
Students can choose from three majors: Anatomy and Physiology (focusing on the anatomy and physiology of the human body in relation to health and disease), Biomedical Science (covering the biology underpinning human and animal health and disease, including physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, cell biology and genetics), and Human Nutrition (using biology, chemistry and physiology to develop concepts in food and nutrient form and function in relation to human metabolism and physiology).
The program is available full time (3 years) or part time. This program is an add-on to other programs. For example, the total full-time duration is four years for students completing a three-year Western Sydney Bachelor degree and the Bachelor of Applied Data Science, and five years for students completing a four-year Western Sydney Bachelor degree and the Bachelor of Applied Data Science.
The Bachelor of Advanced Medical Science is offered at two campuses: Parramatta South (UAC 720235) and Campbelltown (UAC 720233). Western Sydney University reserves the right to alter the location of its programs between campuses and other locations as necessary.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
