Completing 144 credit points, equal to 24 units, is required to qualify for the Bachelor of Applied Digital Intelligence award. All units are weighted at six credit points each.
Yes, the program includes embedded exit qualifications. After completing Year 1 (8 units), students may exit with a Diploma of Digital Analytics. After completing Year 2 (a further 8 units), students may exit with an Associate Degree in Applied Digital Analytics. Full completion of all three years leads to the Bachelor of Applied Digital Intelligence.
The Bachelor of Applied Digital Intelligence is delivered on campus across three locations: Sydney (Eveleigh NSW 2015), Hobart (Ground Unit 1, 73-81 Murray Street, Hobart TAS 7000), and Perth (350-354 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100, and Lot 131, 131 Harold Street, Highgate WA 6003).
Assessment design follows IMC's Assessment Policy and includes formative and summative online quizzes to test conceptual understanding, individual and group assignments requiring students to analyse data sets and present business recommendations, invigilated examinations assessing integrated knowledge, and supervised laboratory-based practical tasks in technical units such as applied programming and machine learning. The program concludes with a Capstone Digital Transformation Project that brings all these elements together.
Yes, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available and will be assessed in accordance with IMC's RPL policy and procedure. Students can refer to the Application for Recognition of Prior Learning and the RPL policy and procedure for further details.
