This combined bachelor's degree in Art History and Curatorial Studies and Arts is the first of its kind in Western Australia, blending art historical expertise with a comprehensive business program while allowing students to specialise in an area of their choice.
The combined degree takes 4 years full time, or a part-time equivalent, and upon completion students graduate with two qualifications: a Bachelor of Art History and Curatorial Studies and a Bachelor of Arts.
To be considered for this course, you need to achieve a minimum ATAR of 70 or equivalent, or hold an Assured Pathway offer, or have a place in a relevant AccessUWA program.
Students will engage with art through hands-on experiences, industry placements, and object-based learning, allowing them to tackle complex cultural issues from various placements during their studies.
Graduates can pursue career opportunities including Art Dealer, Auction House Manager, and Art Investment Advisor, with potential roles in auction houses, collector networks, galleries, and the growing visual arts sector across the Asian region.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
