Yes, the degree offers a 12-subject accredited Major in Psychology. The Psychology Major is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council, which allows graduates to apply for further study in psychology as a first step to becoming a practising psychologist.
Students wishing to undertake further study to become an accredited psychologist will need to apply for the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) upon completing this program. Please note entry into the Honours program is competitive.
The Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Testamur Major) is offered at three campuses: Bankstown City (UAC 720510), Parramatta South (UAC 720515), and Penrith (UAC 720518).
