Yes, all applicants are required to attend an interview. It is important that prospective students have an existing interest and background in the arts and creative industries, and a commitment to extending their knowledge in arts and cultural management.
For domestic students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $13,500 (Commonwealth supported). For international students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $39,600.
Yes, students may be required to attend/support evening and weekend performances, rehearsals and/or practicums. These may be at locations external to ECU.
At every stage of the course students apply what they learn to industry practicums. All students must complete the WIL units ADM1620 Introduction to Creative and Cultural Ecosystems, ADM1623 Introduction to Creative Producing, ADM2611 Arts Organisations Management, ADM2616 Resourcing Arts Projects, Organisations and Events, ADM2614 Arts and Festivals Marketing, ADM3601 Applied Arts Law, ADM2612 Venue Operations and ADM3606 Arts Studio Project.
