You can choose from a range of Arts majors including Anthropology and Sociology, Chinese, Creative Writing, Digital and Social Media, English and Cultural Studies, Fine Art, Geography, History, International Relations, Japanese, Journalism, Professional Writing and Publishing, Screen Arts, and Theatre Arts. For the Commerce component, majors include Accounting, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing, and Tourism and Hospitality. Note that Fine Art and Screen Arts are available only as a second major, and Fine Art is not available to study full-time in this double degree.

The guaranteed ATAR or equivalent for the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University is 70. If you achieve this ATAR/selection rank and meet all other entry requirements, you are guaranteed a place in this course.

The 2026 Commonwealth-supported indicative first-year fee is $17,500. This is based on a first-year full-time study load of 200 credit points. Fees will vary depending on the units chosen and do not include administrative and incidental fees or the cost of textbooks. All Australian students studying an undergraduate degree are automatically awarded a Commonwealth supported place, and fees can be deferred via a HECS-HELP loan.

The course is offered on campus at Curtin Perth. Some combinations of majors may be available to be completed fully online — availability may vary by major and not all majors are offered online, so it is recommended to check the specific course outline of each major.

The Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce double degree takes 4 years to complete if studied full-time. Part-time study is also available, which would extend the duration accordingly.
