Yes, the course holds professional accreditations from the Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) and the Royal Australian Chemical Institute. Note that the AIP accreditation is only for students who complete a Major in Physics, in conjunction with the Higher Mathematics Minor.
Work Integrated Learning is a guaranteed part of all bachelor degrees at Swinburne, and can include placements, internships or industry-linked projects, allowing students to bolster their CV with real industry experience while they study.
The Guaranteed Entry ATAR is 65. If your ATAR is below this score, you can still be offered a place as your ATAR may be adjusted based on subject adjustments, equity schemes or other factors. The lowest ATAR to receive an offer in 2025 (after adjustment factors) was 55.45.
