Yes. The Ramsay Centre for Western Civilisation has generously donated funding for scholarship opportunities with a value of up to $20,000 per annum for up to three (3) years. Applications for the 2027 Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation and the associated UOW Ramsay Scholarship will open on 15 June, 2026. Scholarship recipients will enjoy access to a dedicated study lounge, small class sizes, academic mentoring and an opportunity to engage in a bespoke scholarly experience.
Yes. You can study the Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation as a double degree combination with: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of International Studies, or Bachelor of Creative Arts.
The minimum score for guaranteed entry (or for consideration if this course has limited places) is a Selection Rank of 85. Your Selection Rank is your ATAR or IB Combined Rank plus any adjustments you are eligible to receive. The minimum International Baccalaureate Admissions Score (IBAS) is 32.75.
Yes, Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are available for eligible domestic students. Australian government funding will contribute towards your tuition fees, with the remaining proportion — known as a student contribution — depending on when you begin study (enrolment year) and your study area.
