Students can choose one of two majors: Pre-Health/Professional, or Laboratory/Research. The Pre-Health/Professional major includes the subject Health Communication and provides a choice of two discipline elective subjects from the fields of nutrition, exercise and sports science, psychology, and health innovation. The Laboratory/Research major includes training in advanced bioscience lab and molecular diagnostic techniques, plus the opportunity to undertake a two-semester individual research project.
Yes, the Bachelor of Laws is recognised for admission to legal practice in Australia. If students are interested in practising law, Bond also offers the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP), which is the pathway to admission as a legal professional.
In the first year, students will complete three core university subjects providing essential skills in critical thinking, communication, leadership and more. Within the first two years, students will complete foundational law subjects as well as seven foundational Biomedical Science subjects in areas of cell biology, anatomy, and physiology.
Students may gain valuable practical experience through internships and work placements. Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
