About This Course

The Bachelor of Business at the University of Newcastle provides students with practical business skills and knowledge across a range of disciplines. The program is designed to prepare graduates for careers in the business sector, combining academic theory with real-world application.

Requirements

Must be a domestic or international applicant meeting program-specific admission criteria
Domestic students may apply via UAC, Early Entry Program, Direct Entry, or other pathways
Early Entry Program: must be a domestic NSW student completing Year 12 (HSC or IB) in 2026 at a recognised participating school
Early Entry eligibility based on four or more RoSA results (8 units) including at least two units of English, or a VET qualification at Certificate III or higher completed in 2025
International students must meet English language proficiency requirements (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL or PTE Academic results from within the last two years)
International applicants should submit applications at least 12 weeks before intended semester start date
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be available for applicants with additional qualifications or experience
