Yes. Students can choose to incorporate a Hospitality Major or a Marketing Minor in their studies. Students who wish to pursue a Hospitality Major can do so by completing eight approved hospitality elective subjects. With two Marketing subjects already in the Core, students who choose to can study two Marketing electives to complete a Marketing Minor.
The tuition fee for domestic students is $16,800 per year, and for international students it is $22,050 per year. AIHE also provides a range of scholarships to students each year.
Students with a non-English native language must meet an IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
To complete the degree, you must successfully pass 24 subjects organised across three levels of increasing complexity. In Year 1 (Level 1), you will complete 6 core subjects and 2 electives. In Year 2 (Level 2), the structure includes 5 core subjects and 3 electives. Year 3 (Level 3) comprises 4 core subjects, the capstone subject (Work Integrated Learning), and 3 elective subjects. The course consists of 16 Core Subjects and 8 Elective Subjects for a total of 120 credit points.
For 2026, the Bachelor of Business has three intake dates: Study Period 1 commencing 9 March 2026, Study Period 2 commencing 6 July 2026, and Study Period 3 commencing 2 November 2026.
