Yes, as part of the Bachelor of Business, students acquire internationally recognised Bloomberg certification, which showcases a high level of competency using the Bloomberg professional service used in the finance and banking sectors.
All students are required to complete the Business Model Generation (BMG) and Business Model Execution (BMX) subjects, which involve designing, launching, growing, and shutting down an actual business. Students also have opportunities to undertake an internship, study abroad, or a study tour as elective subjects.
Students have access to the Bond Business Mentoring Program (supported by academic staff, senior students, and alumni), the Bond Business Commercialisation Centre, the Bond FinTech Hub, the Centre for Actuarial and Financial Big Data Analytics, and the Transformer program, which collectively offer networking opportunities, mentoring by industry and academic experts, and other resources.
